9. Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients can terminate services with written notice. The client will be billed for any work completed up to the termination date.
  • Cancellation by HARIV web technologies: We reserve the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of terms.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
